  2. The Company wishes to announce that on 15 March 2024, we received a Record of Appeal from Amanah Raya Berhad (“Appellant”). The Record of Appeal was filed by the Appellant to the Court of Appeal for Civil Appeal Suit No. W-02(NCvC)(W)-100-01/2024.
     
  3. The Company will make the necessary announcements as and when there are further development in relation thereof and/or upon receipt of any further directions by the Court.
