Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 17 March 2023 and 27 February 2024 in relation to the MOU entered between AWC and Ranhill. The Board of Directors of AWC wishes to announce that no formal agreement has been entered between AWC and Ranhill. In view thereof, the MOU has lapsed and is deemed terminated automatically on 16 March 2024 (“MOU Expiry”). Upon the MOU expiry, neither party shall have any claim against the other. The MOU expiry is not expected to have any material financial impact to AWC. This announcement is dated 18 March 2024. |
