The Board of Directors ("Board") of CelcomDigi wishes to announce that the Board and Board Audit Committee have proposed PricewaterhouseCoopers PLT ("PwC") as new Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Ernst & Young PLT, after taking into consideration the profile, adequency of the resources and experience of PwC.

The appointment of Auditors is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming Twenty-Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company.
