- EMPLOYEES SHARE OPTION SCHEME ("ESOS")

We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 4 April 2023 in respect of the Offer of Options under ESOS. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

 

The Board of Directors of Zen Tech wishes to announce that Mr. Chow Hung Keey, the Executive Director of the Company would like to surrender his 75,990,284 unexercised ESOS options allocated to him and transfer to eligible persons on 14 March 2024.

 

Subsequently, pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Zen Tech wishes to announce that the Company had made an offer of ESOS Options on 14 March 2023 to eligible persons to subscribe for new shares in the Company under the Company’s ESOS, with the details of the offer ESOS as follows: -
