Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 22 February 2024 relating to the change of its financial year end from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on today received the approval from Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") for the Company to hold its Seventh (7th) Annual General Meeting up to 31 December 2024 under the extension of time pursuant to Section 340 of the Companies Act 2016 ("the Application"). The said Application was submitted to CCM on 13 March 2024.
