We refer to GENP's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 28 February 2024 and 4 March 2024 respectively pursuant to the special single-tier dividend of 9.0 sen per ordinary share ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GENP-CM. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GENP-CM shall remain the same.
