The Board wishes to announce that Tropicana and Pantai Kok, had on 13 March 2024, mutually agreed to terminate the Proposed Pantai Kok Collaboration (“Termination”), and on even date, entered into a termination agreement in relation to the Termination (“Termination Agreement”).
