We refer to GTRONIC's and Maybank Investment Bank Berhad’s announcement dated 23 February 2024 and 28 February 2024 respectively pursuant to the single tier special dividend of 1 sen per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2023 ("Special Dividend").
As the adjustment for the Special Dividend does not amount to more than 2% of the Exercise Price and Entitlement being changed, therefore we will not make any adjustments to the terms and conditions of GTRONIC-C28. The Exercise Price and Entitlement of GTRONIC-C28 shall remain the same.
