Further to the announcements made on 14 November 2023, 30 January 2024 and 27 February 2024, the Board of Directors of RLEB wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed on 8 March 2024. Following to the completion of the Proposed Acquisition, subject to the stamping of the form of transfer of securities, SAG Renewable Sdn Bhd will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of RLEB.
For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those previously defined in the announcements dated 14 November 2023, 30 January 2024 and 27 February 2024 unless otherwise defined herein.
