Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 15 September 2021 (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.
The Board of Directors of ECOBUILT wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary company, EKO BINA, and Harmoni Bumiria Sdn. Bhd. (“HBSB”) (collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as the “Party”) had on 8 March 2024 entered into a Mutual Settlement Agreement to settle and bring an end to all disputes in respect of the Contract (“Agreement”).
