We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 20 July 2023, 31 July 2023, 5 October 2023, 6 October 2023, 25 October 2023 and 6 December 2023 in relation to the Disposal. Unless otherwise defined, all expressions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of AMB, Inter-Pacific Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Balance Purchase Price has been fully paid by the Purchaser to the Vendor’s solicitors as stakeholders and the same has been subsequently released to the Vendor on 11 March 2024. Following thereto, the Disposal has been completed on 11 March 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
