Pursuant to the earlier announcements on 10 November 2023, 15 November 2023, 27 December 2023 and 27 February 2024, the Company ("ASDION") wishes to announce that the Court has vacated the Hearing of the Winding-up petition originally fixed for 8 March 2024 and the new date is now fixed on 22 April 2024. The parties have entered into an amicable settlement and we expect the Petition to be withdrawn on 22 April 2024.
Asdion will update on the developments on the matter accordingly.
