We refer to our announcements dated 22 December 2023, 17 January 2024 and 2 February 2024 in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement (the "Scheme") between the Company’s subsidiary, Prestariang SKIN Sdn. Bhd. ("PSKIN") and its Scheme creditors.
The Company wishes to announce that the High Court of Malaysia has granted approval for the scheme of arrangement between PSKIN and its Scheme creditors. The Scheme is to preserve the going concern of PSKIN while it carries on negotiations and legal action to seek compensation from the Government of Malaysia following the termination of the Sistem Kawalan Imigresen Nasional’s contract.
