Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 14 April 2020, 27 September 2022, 3 July 2023, 20 July 2023, 10 August 2023, 16 August 2023, 22 August 2023, 23 August 2023 and 24 August 2023 (“Announcements”), as well as the circular to shareholders dated 19 June 2023 in relation to the Proposed Regularisation Plan (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements and Circular.
