We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 21 July 2023, 22 September 2023 and 5 December 2023 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in those announcements. The Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to announce that pursuant to the case management on 28 February 2024, BPMB requested for more time for the discovery and production of documents. The High Court fixed a new case management date on 29 March 2024. SDHB will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the matter. This announcement is dated 5 March 2024. |
