Reference is made to the announcements made by Bumi Armada Berhad (“BAB”) on 29 October 2019 and 14 January 2022 respectively in relation to the above matter.

BAB wishes to inform that Armada Kamelia Sdn Bhd (“AKSB”) and Offshore Marine Ventures Sdn Bhd (“OMV”), dormant subsidiaries of BAB, have convened their Final Meetings on 29 February 2024. The Returns by Liquidator relating to the Final Meeting were lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver on 1 March 2024 ("Lodgement Date"). Pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016, AKSB and OMV will be duly dissolved on the expiration of three months after the Lodgement Date.
