He was the Chief Executive Officer/ Executive Director of the Company until he retired in 2013 and thereafter served as a Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Mr. Tee was re-designated as Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 March 2015 and appointed as Co-Chairman of the Company on 8 July 2015.
