Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 24 January 2022 approved the listing of the rights issue shares with warrants (“Rights Issue with Warrants”), which was subsequently completed on 13 July 2022 following the listing and quotation of 1,299,562,731 Rights Share and 433,187,525 Warrants B on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. The letter of approval had imposed the Company to provide a quarterly update on the status of the utilisation of proceeds in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.

In view of the above, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the quarterly update on the status of the utilisation of proceeds in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants.
