We refer to the Company’s announcement on 26 February 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the previous announcement.
The Board wishes to clarify that the Company received the letter of award on 20 February 2024 (“LoA”) and after due consideration of the terms and conditions of the LoA, the Company had then on 26 February 2024 accepted and announced the LoA.
The Board further wishes to clarify that the tenure of the Project announced on 26 February 2024 is as per the LoA.
