On behalf of the Board of Directors of KUB, Maybank Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that a notice of the Offer (“Notice”) has been served on the Board of Directors of Central Cables Berhad (“CCB” or “Offeree”) in accordance with subparagraph 9.10(1) of the Rules on Take-overs, Mergers and Compulsory Acquisitions issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia, informing the Offeree of the Offeror’s intention to undertake the Offer.
