Further to the announcement dated 6 December 2023, the following has transpired during the Case Management today:- (a) the Court has vacated the trial dates on 4 to 6 November 2024; (b) the Plaintiff has informed the Court that all pre-trial documents have been filed, however, their client wishes to file an additional bundle of documents; (c) the Court has fixed the matter for case management on 27 March 2024 to update the filing status; and (d) the Court has directed parties to file their respective witness statements two (2) weeks before the first day of trial on 7 November 2024.
