The Board of Directors of PBAHB is pleased to announce that a single tier final dividend of 1.75 sen per share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2023 (“Proposed Final Dividend”) will be recommended to the shareholders for approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting.

The payment date, entitlement date and all other relevant information of the above Proposed Final Dividend shall be announced at a later date.
