Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 20 July 2022, 29 August 2022, 29 November 2022, 27 February 2023, 25 May 2023, 22 August 2023, 29 November 2023 and 2 February 2024.

The Board of Directors of Solarvest wishes to update the status of the following Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”):-

1. MOU dated 20 July 2022 between Solarvest and NCT Land Sdn Bhd

- Both parties are still in the midst of discussion on the potential strategic cooperation with regard to the salient terms of the MOU. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.

2. MOU dated 2 February 2024 between Solarvest and Paragon Globe Berhad

- Both parties are still in the midst of discussion on the potential strategic cooperation with regard to the salient terms of the MOU. Any material and significant development will be updated accordingly. Save as disclosed above, all provisions contained in the MOU shall remain in full force and effect.
