The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to annoucne that the Compnay proposes to seek for the shareholders' approval for shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate will be issued to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
