Unless otherwise defined, the definitions used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as previously defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the same. Further to the Company's announcements made on 12 July 2023, 29 August 2023, 30 October 2023 and 29 November 2023 the Board of Directors wishes to inform that NICE and PT Advance Nickel Energy had mutually agreed to terminate the MOU with immediate effect due to the current market condition and both parties have agreed to revisit the collaboration when time is more opportune in the future. The termination of the MOU does not have any material financial impact to the Company. This announcement is dated 27 February 2024. |
