We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 11 September 2023 and 16 November 2023 respectively. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the announcement. The Board of Directors of SDHB wishes to announce that on 21 February 2024, the Court has fixed the hearing date of SDDSB’s application for leave to intervene and the case management on 17 April 2024 and 18 April 2024 respectively. As SDGB, SDSB and SDDSB are in liquidation, an assessment will need to be made on the impact on SDGB, SDSB and SDDSB. SDHB will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the matter. This announcement is dated 27 February 2024.
