Reference is made to our announcements dated 12 September 2023, 12 December, 2023 and 8 February, 2024 ("the Annnouncements").  The abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

The Board of Directors of CCB wishes to announce that its 99% owned subsidiary, Crescendo Landmark Sdn. Bhd., and the Vendor have on 26 February, 2024 mutually agreed vide exchange of letters to extend, without any interest, the Conditional Period for a further period of two (2) months up to 11 May, 2024.
