Reference is made to the proposed private placement of up to 49,728,048 new ordinary shares in Ho Wah Genting Berhad ("HWGB")  which was approved by the shareholders of HWGB at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 13 July 2023 (“Private Placement 2023”). The Private Placement 2023 was completed on 12 December 2023 with total gross proceeds of approximately RM10.00 million raised (“Placement Proceeds”).
