With reference to the Company's announcement dated 15 August 2022, 17 August 2022, 19 August 2022, 22 August 2022, 23 August 2022, 20 Septemeber 2022, 30th September 2022, 2 December 2022, 12 January 2023, 16 March 2023, 28 March 2023, 5 May 2023, 6 June 2023 and 26 September 2023.

The Board of Directors wish to inform that in respect of the Creditor's Judicial Management Application, the High Court today adjourned the hearing for the Creditor’s Stay Application and Bellajade’s Striking Out Application and fixed a new hearing date on 8 May 2024 for the said applications. The Hearing on Creditor ’s Appeal (Desa Tiasa's Appeal) against Bellajade’s Intervention remain on 18 March 2024.

The Company will announce further material development of the case in due course.
