The Board of Directors of SFP Tech Holdings Berhad (“SFP Tech” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that, the Company had on 21 February 2024 incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, namely SFP Integration Private Limited (Registration No. 202406883M) (“SFP Integration”).   

SFP Integration was incorporated on 21 February 2024 under the Companies Act of Singapore with an initial issued and paid up capital of SGD1,000 comprising 1,000 shares of SGD1 each. The intended principal activities are design, and development of production systems, machinery and equipment and provision of other engineering services.

The incorporation of SFP Integration is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of SFP Tech for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.

None of the directors and/or substantial shareholders of SFP Tech or any person connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the incorporation.
