Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 May 2023, 23 August 2023 and 23 November 2023 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (“Pecca Aviation”) and Global Component Asia Sdn Bhd (“GCA”) (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to inform that Pecca Aviation and GCA will expand their collaboration and this momentous partnership development was marked with a signing ceremony of a distribution agreement and an agency agreement that took place at the Singapore Airshow 2024. The collaboration will accelerate the global expansion of Pecca Aviation to reach across key markets including Malaysia, France, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, and Indonesia. By strategically targeting these regions, Pecca Aviation and GCA aim to offer comprehensive aviation interior solutions to a diverse range of clients, enhancing the overall flying experience for passengers and optimizing operational efficiency for airline operators.

As the aviation industry continues to evolve, the partnership of Pecca Aviation and GCA will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aircraft interior solutions. The collaboration is anticipated to not only set new standards for aircraft interior excellence but also unleash a force that will redefine the industry.
