The Board of Directors has approved the change in the financial year of the Company from 31 December 2023 to 30 June 2024. Consequently, the current financial year will commence from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2024, covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, subsequent financial years will conclude on 30 June. The reason for the change of the financial year is to strengthen the RIHB Group's operations, focus on the Group's business plan and to avoid the peak financial reporting in December.
