The Board of Directors of DGB wishes to announce that CLI Investment Limited, a subsidiary of the Company had on 21 February 2024 entered into a Real Estate Sale and Purchase Agreement dated 21 February 2024 with Lo Hong-Wei and Lo Hong-Ying for the proposed acquisition of two (2) units freehold commercial building held under Land No. 44, Sec. 2 Fuxing Section, Daan District, Taipei City measuring approximately 198.44 perch (7,060.50 square feet) and bearing the postal address 7th and 8th Floor, No. 13, Lane 84, Sec. 1, Daan Rd., Daan District, Taipei City for a total consideration of NTD69,000,000 which equivalent to approximately RM10,350,000 only ("Proposed Acquisition").
