Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Avaland wishes to announce that the Company had entered into a Recurrent Related Party Transaction where interest payment of RM11,537,000.00 for the period from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023 with its major shareholder, Ayala Land, Inc. as it is exceeding the prescribed threshold of 1%.
