We refer to the announcement made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 December 2023 in respect of the Suit, the Company wishes to inform that the following has transpired during the Case Management today:- (a) the Court has directed the Plaintiff to refile the Bundle of Pleadings and Plaintiff's Case Summary; (b) the Plaintiff has requested for an extension of time to file the Common Bundle of Documents pending approval of the classification of our documents by their client; and (c) the Court has fixed the matter for case management on 26 April 2024 for parties to update the status of the filing of the Common Bundle of Documents.
