The Board of Directors of Pansar Berhad ("Pansar") is pleased to announce that Perbena Emas Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Pansar had on 14 February 2024, accepted and signed the Letter of Acceptance from Borneo Development Corporation (Sarawak) Sdn Bhd ("BDC") for the tender of the Proposed Sarawak Infectious Disease Centre on Lot 17356, Block 26, Muara Tuang Land District at Sg. Jernang, Samarahan (Package 1) ("the Project"), with a contract value of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred Twenty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Three Hundred One and Cents Sixty-Three Only (RM129,997,301.63).

The scope of work includes the construction and completion of the Sarawak Infectious Disease Centre. The contract period is 30 months. We will commence the Project once notified by BDC.

The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group as the Project progresses during the contract period.

None of the directors and/or major shareholders of Pansar or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the above contract.
