Reference are made to announcements dated 7 February 2024 on the Changes of Directors’ Interest and Substantial Shareholders’ Interest for Mr Ko Yun Hung and Mr Pah Wai Onn.

The Company wishes to inform that the total controlling interest of Mr Ko Yun Hung, the Managing Director and Mr Pah Wai Onn, the Executive Director in SNS remain intact and unchanged as they are still the stakeholders of the Company. 

The disposal of 419,539,439 ordinary shares, representing 26.013% equity interest each by the Managing Director, Mr Ko Yun Hung to Clover Wealth Sdn. Bhd. and the Executive Director, Mr Pah Wai Onn to Seven One Capital Sdn. Bhd. respectively with consideration of RM0.01 per share represents an internal restructuring as Clover Wealth Sdn. Bhd. is wholly owned by Mr Ko Yun Hung while Seven One Capital Sdn. Bhd. is wholly owned by Mr Pah Wai Onn.  

The changes to their shareholdings are tabulated below:

(1) Deemed interest through spouse, Eng Su Fern pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Companies Act 2016

(2) Deemed interest through Clover Wealth Sdn. Bhd. (419,539,439 ordinary shares) pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 and his spouse, Eng Su Fern (7,362,971 ordinary shares) pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Companies Act 2016

(3)   Deemed interest through spouse, Tham Sau Har pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Companies Act 2016

(4)   Deemed interest through Seven One Capital Sdn. Bhd. (419,539,439 ordinary shares) pursuant to Section 8 of the Companies Act 2016 and his spouse, Tham Sau Har (7,362,971 ordinary shares) pursuant to Section 59(11)(c) of the Companies Act 2016
