Reference is made to the Company’s earlier announcements in year 2020, year 2021, announcements dated 22 February 2022, 7 March 2022, 17 May 2022, 14 July 2022, 3 August 2022, 27 September 2022, 10 November 2022,12 December 2022, 21 February 2023, 22 March 2023, 4 June 2023, 28 June 2023, 17 October 2023 and 29 November 2023. The Company wishes to inform that the Court has on 1 February 2024 decided to dismiss the striking out applications of the Defendants with costs of RM8,000.00 for each application awarded to the Plaintiff. Following that, this matter will proceed for full trial and the Court has directed for the discovery and interrogatories applications to be heard on 21 April 2024. The Company will make further announcement(s) on the material development of the case in due course. This announcement is dated 2 February 2024 |
