We refer to our First Announcement and announcement made on 27 September 2023 in relation to the Company being classified as an affected listed issuer pursuant to Paragraph 2.1(d) and 2.1(a) of PN17 respectively.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to inform that the Company is in the process of formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 1 November 2023 granted an extension of time up to 31 March 2024 for the Company to submit a regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities ("EOT Approval").

Based on the EOT Approval, SCB has about two (2) months to submit the regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities for approval.
