Reference is made to Kanger International Berhad's ("Kanger") announcements dated 2 March 2021 and 16 January 2024. The Board of Directors of Kanger wishes to announce that the collaboration between its wholly owned subsidiary, Kanger Ventures Sdn Bhd and Vegetta Champion Sdn Bhd has been concluded and the Company's role as project manager for the project has been successfully fulfilled. Consequently, the Company had resigned from the position as project manager as at 16 January 2024, and there are no further collaborative initiatives at this moment.
