| Working experience and occupation | Mr David Ting Kah Soon ("Mr David") has more than 29 years of working experience in finance, accounting and auditing covering a variety of industries including oil and gas, plantation, manufacturing, trading, engineering and construction with the past 10 years as Chief Financial Officer.
He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company on 1 September 2023. Prior to that, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Bina Puri Holdings Berhad in-charge of the overall direction of Bina Puri Holdings Berhad Group's financial and management accounting & policy, treasury & cash-flow management and corporate finance. Prior to joining Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Propel Global Berhad. Prior to that, he held senior positions in several Malaysian companies as well as a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange. |
