Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Prospectus dated 15 January 2024 issued by Wentel Engineering Holdings Berhad.

Applications will be accepted from 10.00 a.m. on 15 January 2024 and will close at 5.00 p.m. on 22 January 2024.

In the event there is any change to the indicative timetable, we will advertise the notice of changes in a widely circulated daily English and Bahasa Malaysia newspapers in Malaysia, and make an announcement on Bursa Securities' website.
