Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 31 October 2023, 24 November 2023 and 26 December 2023 in relation to the Share Consolidation.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that ATS’ existing number of 6,786,103,899 Shares have been consolidated into 226,192,659 Consolidated Shares with effect from 5.00 p.m. today (after disregarding the fractional entitlements arising from the Share Consolidation) pursuant to the Share Consolidation.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 12 January 2024.
