The Board of Directors of AWANTEC wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Awantec Systems Sdn. Bhd. ("ASSB"), has been awarded a contract for “Perolehan Perkhidmatan Langganan Lesen LMS Bagi Memenuhi Keperluan Kursus Peningkatan Kompetensi Digital Pegawai Perkhidmatan Pendidikan” with the Ministry of Education (“MOE”) (“Contract").

The salient terms of the Contract are as follows:

• Term: Thirty-six (36) months, commencing on 15 January 2024 and expiring on 14 January 2027

• Value: RM4,888,455.00 (inclusive of 6% Sales and Service Tax)

• Subscription: LMS

MOE issued the Letter of Acceptance to ASSB dated 21 December 2023 and the Letter of Acceptance was executed by ASSB on 27 December 2023. A formal contract between both parties is currently being finalised.

This Contract win marks another milestone for AWANTEC, being its first major win for the provision of a digital learning platform and underscores its commitment to providing innovative technology solutions to the educational sector in Malaysia.
