Kindly be advised that the abovementioned Company's additional 292,662,513 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the aforesaid Rights Issue with Warrants will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 28 December 2023.

We are also pleased to advise that AIM’s 195,108,290 Warrants A issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be admitted to the Official List of the Exchange and the listing and quotation of the Warrants A on the ACE Market, will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 28 December 2023.
