Reference is made to the announcements dated 10 October 2023, 6 November 2023 and 23 November 2023 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and the circular to shareholders of PTT in respect of the Proposals dated 30 November 2023 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.
