We refer to the Company’s announcements made on 4 December 2023 in relation to the resignation of STYL Associates PLT as the External Auditors of the Company. The Board of Directors of MATRIX wishes to announce that SBY Partners PLT, having consented to act as the auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016, has been appointed as the Auditors of the Company with effect from 5 December 2023 for the financial year ending 31 December 2023 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
