We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Ygl, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company has submitted an application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today to seek its approval for an extension of time for six (6) months to implement the Private Placement by 2 July 2024.
