Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 19 October 2022, 28 March 2023, 7 April 2023, 20 April 2023, 24 May 2023, 16 June 2023, 11 July 2023, 17 July 2023, 28 July 2023, 31 July 2023, 15 August 2023, 18 August 2023 and 11 October 2023. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.

The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to announce that both Suit 32 and Suit 133 were fixed for case management and hearing this morning.

With regard to Suit 32, the Court has fixed the same for a further case management on 20 March 2024.

With regard to Suit 133, the Court has struck out both Enclosure 23 (3rd and 5th Defendants’ further and better particulars application) with costs and Enclosure 42 (8th, 9th and 11th Defendants’ application) with no order as to costs.  Meanwhile, the hearing of Enclosure 30 (4th Defendant’s striking out application) proceeded, and decision will be delivered on 20 March 2024.

The Board of Directors of Classita wishes to further announce that the 3rd and 5th Defendants have filed a striking out application in Suit 133 (Enclosure 89) on 27 November 2023 and the same was fixed for case management this morning.  The Court has given directions on the filing of affidavits and fixed the same for a further case management together with Enclosure 1 on 20 March 2024.
