Further to the announcement dated 6 November 2023, the following has transpired during the Case Management today:-

(a) the Court has informed that the trial previously fixed on 17, 18, 22, 23 and 24 January 2024 has been vacated in order to make way for older cases;

(b) the Court has rescheduled the trial dates to 4 to 7 November 2024 and 11 to 14 November 2024;

(c) the Plaintiff's Solicitors have updated the Court that they have received the english translation of the documents to be included in the Additional Common Bundle of Documents and they are currently in the midst of obtaining instruction for the classification of Dato’ Wong's Death Certificate that is to be included in the Additional Common Bundle of Documents as well; 

(d) the Court has instructed the Defendant to file a list of witnesses by today; and

(e) the Court has fixed the above matter for further case management on 28 February 2024 for parties to update the Court on the filing of the Additional Common Bundle of Documents as well as the Defendant’s list of witnesses.
